We are visiting from out of state. I had a terrible cough /cold and after. 5 days with no improvement, I decided to get checked @ Fast Pace Health. Immediately upon walking in, I saw signs displayed for unusually long wait times due to staff shortage. (12.30.22 @ 10:30am) They had a scrolling tv to show what place I was in line to be seen. Both the receptionist ( also my MA -to get me into my room and take Covid/flu tests BP and temp) AND Dr. were kind, upbeat and to the point re: treatment. Staff was very nice but took over 2 hours just for a 15 minute flu test & spoke to the doctor for less than 5 minutes
The practitioners I was seen by were SO friendly and answered all of my questions. They even laughed with me to help me feel better!
