Receptionist was nice and friendly. Beyond that, I am completely dissatisfied. I was barely assessed and was told to just use Tylenol or Advil OTC and call or come back if I wasn’t better within 10 days of being sick. The intake from the MA, who was very flat and not very friendly, was clearly not reviewed. Once I told the provider it’s been 10 days, she offered to call in abx. After leaving, my sister took me straight to a hospital ED where I was admitted and have been since. I am a nurse. I didn’t tell them I was, because ... read more

Cheryl, Thank you for your recommendation and the kind words. We truly value and appreciate your support.
employees openly talking about patients very loudly and abruptly. making smart and sarcastic remarks over their (customers) claims/requests while the customer is not there.

I went in for a bad cold and dark green pleghm. I requested a z pack (azithromycin?)The Nurse Practitioner (Little) said I was not a candidate. I would have to be sick 7-10 days to qualify. She prescribed a cough medicine and cough drops. I cannot afford to be sick for 7-10 days! A z pack has worked wonders for me in the past. I will be going back to a qualified physician and skipping the convenience of drive-thru level care offered at Fast Pace.
Had a long wait time but my procedure was done very quickly with the nurse I had.
We were there for 3.5 hours and still did not get to see a doctor
The ladies were kind and helpful and diagnosed my illness. Two and half hours waiting when you are sick is too long!!!
Appointment scheduled for 11:13am. Told to arrive 10min early for appt & I did. All paperwork was done on my phone prior to coming & I checked in as soon as I got there via the iPad/tablet in front. It was 11:50am before I was asked for copay & about 10min later I was finally called. Everyone in the waiting room went in before me & my name was first on the tv queue while theirs were below mine.
