Literally everyone was wonderful. The young lady that checked me in was prompt and courteous. She gave me a realistic timeline. I was seen for a knee injury and compacted ear wax. The nurse was very professional as well as friendly and calming. She did my preliminary questions and vitals as well as the ear wax removal. Made me feel very comfortable. The medical provider was FANTASTIC. She did a thorough exam and let me know the best way to approach aftercare. Thankfully it was just a bad sprain. She seemed to really care ab... read more
