The front desk worker was rude. I had an appointment time but waited for 2 hours. Only was seen because I was about to walk out. Because my child was screaming at that point they didn’t look at him properly and rushed through his appointment. The office is also extremely dirty. I understand that it is an urgent care and not a regular doctors office but they shouldn’t have you set appointment times if they are going to be 2 hours off of that time.

I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, the treatment I received yesterday when I took my grandmother to your urgent care clinic was the worst experience I’ve ever gone through. Your nurse practitioner, Crystal Hood should NOT be in charge of medical care for patients after the disgusting behavior she displayed last night. I usually do first Care zoom meetings when my kids doctors are booked so they can at least get a note for that day and so I can get them into the normal doctor. This one Dr Jessica has seen my kids quite a few times. And we just learned that one of my daughters is having some heart issues but it's all under control because she's been at her normal doctor in the hospital and had all the test and more likely it's due to stress. Appt for sports physical was at 5. Nurse practitioner was great but place was packed. Once we got in room I asked what they were seeing a lot of and the nurse said covid. Very few people had on masks and I didn’t notice anyone coming in from their vehicles for appointments. Now here we are 5 days later and I have Covid. Started feeling bad yesterday took test today and it was positive. Would be great if we could go back to either sick people wait in cars or healthy people wait in cars.

$150 just to be seen and can’t bill it like any other place. Wouldn’t even let me bill my company since they were the ones who sent me. I’ll never come back, I’d rather drive all the way to Richmond then deal with the ignorance from this location. Screw you guys!

My visit was ok, except having to wait for over an hour in the waiting area and then wait again for over an hour in the exam room. Maybe they need more staff.
I went around 1p today 2-21-24, was given an appointment time of 3:49p. Not sure why because the parking lot was empty. Went back around 3:20p upon checking back in was told my appointment was pushed back to 4:20p. Left without being seen.
The wait time was too long for a sports physical. We were there almost 2 hours. I didn’t want to sit in the waiting room with sick people that long. Otherwise, as always, the staff and service were top notch!!!
