Horrible experience. Waited nearly two and a half hours WITH an appointment. The nurse practitioner on duty was extremely rude. We ended up leaving before receiving any treatment. Receptionist was the only bright spot, but her hands were clearly tied by the decisions of the nursing staff. We will never be back.

Doctor had me take an extra test for flu and COVID and said the results would be in by Friday and it's Saturday and I've called 3 times and still no results. Not sure why I would pay for a test for results the next day and two days later no results

You made an appointment and it was pointless. The appointment was said to be 3:00, but you were not called back until after 4:00. The waiting area was not full, no communication from the front staff.

The Doctor/Physician’s Assistant was great and very thorough. The wait to be put in a room was way too long. I waited 1 hr. 55 minutes to be put in an exam room. Was at the facility a total of 2 1/2 hrs. The lobby was cold. I had on two wool sweaters and a wool coat and was still cold. I have since been firmed that you can actually schedule an appointment to be seen rather than wait forever. If I require your services again, I will definitely schedule an appointment.
Appointment at 9:40 am They saw me at 10:45. Wait was way too long for an appointment.
Place was pretty dirty and receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. Doctor was nice and helpful but place needs to be cleaned up and painted.
