I've been using the dermatology services at the Winchester, Tn. Fast past. I have insurance. I used my debit card to pay the co-pay. Apparently, when you do that, you also agree that they can deduct whatever they want going forward without notice. Without a bill showing what you owe and why. They simply took my money, even though I'd gone in and requested they remove my debit card from their file. waited over an hour and fourty minutes past my son's appointment time and still have not been seen. we won't be back!

I called about a drug test for a job, the receptionist made no mention of no testing after 2pm. I arrived shortly after 2. She could have told about the time limits or I would have been there sooner. I am here now, doors suppose to open at 8am it is now 8:10. Rude that they make us wait.

I was there when it was not busy. There were two cars in the parking lot. The check in was quick and it stated there was one person ahead of me. He went in. I waited. When I was called back and vitals were all taken I waited. After over an hr I asked how much longer. The girl who took my vitals said I had one in front of me.
