I had a good experience a few months back when I needed to see someone after 6pm. So when my husband started to feel horrible last Sunday I suggested we go to Fast Pace because our PCP wouldn’t been in until Tuesday. They swapped him for the flu and came in shortly after and said he had tested positive for Flu Type A. They prescribed some tamiflu. Beyond frustrated doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel! I was seen Tuesday for severe pain in my lower abdomen and nausea, I was sent first thing Wednesday morning to Southern Tennessee Medical center for an ultrasound, they done 2 !!!! I called back to your office on Wednesday evening to get my results and was told that your office would NOT receive my results , I would have to go request a copy of them myself, now wait a minute ??? I am not certified to read ultrasound results so what am I suppose to do with them????? ... read more

Last year I took my daughter to this fast pace quite a few times. The NP who took care of her was always so great. But today I took her in. It has been one year since I last took her. Well there was another NP. & she was NOT welcoming. I felt disrespected. After today I will not ever take my daughter back to this fast pace thanks to the new NP. She was terrible.

Bad bad bad bad services doctor and nouse never send the prescription and I wait 2hr in for 2 min with the doc.... So sorry service and doctor
If it wasn't for the one NP in there I think her name is Donna, I would give it 5 stars. The other two that I have seen in the past are exceptional but the one I think her name is Donna is a complete joke, ask if she is working if so you may as well go somewhere else that day. I have made the mistake of going in twice while she was working, will not listen to you, can't even diagnose a sinus infection. My wife and I told her that it is a recurring thing for the last 20 years I will get one or two every year so I know what... read more
A joke. This place charges 85.00 for nothing. Can't even hear in my left ear with pain but they say nothing wrong
