Time to see a health care person was too long, then when I, got to the exam room, it was long wait. Nothing was accomplished can’t get a X-ray, no to do them. Very disappointed

Been waiting over 2 hours, only seen about 3 people leave and still just waiting... Apparently they only have 1 provider and "everyone has been waiting a long time". Maybe yall should get more providers, this is just ridiculous.

They seem to have a problem processing claims in a timely manner with insurance companies. If you wait 18 months to file you will get denied! There is a time limit on claims. Be careful so you don’t get caught with a bill to pay because they messed up.

Please do NOT go to this Fast Pace. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They treated my husband like he was ignorant when he went in for a (spider) bite. For the first visit: they took a swab, said it was a regular bug bite that had a secondary infection, gave him two shots, ordered antibiotics, and sent the sample off to the lab. I wish fast pace would have told me they was no longer covered under ppo on Cigna. Instead they just billed $800 ! After coming here a few years only having a co pay I surely didn’t expect that huge bill. Our family can’t come back here.

I went for a cold. They gave me a steroid shot and a flu swab. They charged my insurance company 986.00!! There is no wonder insurance is so high priced. I will never go here again!!
