I came in with a LIST of concerns. Shannon, the CMA who assisted me was so sweet and understanding. Kelly my NP was also extremely nice and supportive. They made me feel like they understood and took my concerns seriously. Most medical professionals I see I can see the moment they’ve already diagnosed me in their head and they just give up on listening. But Shannon and Kelly took over an hour between the two talking to me and asking questions. I can tell they actually give a damn about their patients.
Kelly Stoia and her team at FastMed are kind, thorough, and professional. They also listen to their patients, and it makes a visit feel safe and comfortable.
Dr. Kelly is absolutely amazing, her staff at the location is so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend seeing her. In and out in a very great timely manner. Amazing service
I struggled to establish primary care here in Asheville after relocating, but I’m so glad I ended up going with the family clinic at FastMed. Kelly and Shannon are fantastic - professional, competent, and caring. Kelly actually listens and never rushes me.
