I came here from Landrum to get a dot physical not very friendly people working here. when I got my med card back I found out the next day they wrote the wrong license number down I call to get it fixed they said the doctor that did the physical wasn't in and would be in Saturday. so I got up Saturday headed all the back to this place and they were closed no explanation why a complete wast of gas and time.
I'm not sure if this is for the location that I have a problem with but I made an appointment at 4AM this morning to be seen at 8:25 AM today. After receiving at least 4 reminders via text and email I was just called and told that they wouldn't be opening today due to staff issues. This is an "Urgent Care " facility and clearly not a place that can be relied on. I'm in town for 2 days and they offered to schedule me for another day. Nothing urgent about that!
On 08/27/2025, I made an appointment to see the Primary Care side of FastMed, our families primary doctor left the practice and we needed a new primary. I really like the ease a making an appointment online with FastMed so I figured I give it a try, I did notice the extremely low 2.1 out of 5 patient review score, but thought I'd give it a try anyway. Ever since the pandemic ever customer service representative has acted as if the world owes them. This urgent care is no exception. Rude from the start. I can't even imagine if I dd not have insurance, and had to pay the full amount out of pocket only to be greeted by the two front desk associates that are at Fast Med. Something changed here ... DO NOT GO! I went about a year and a half ago with exact symptoms - I left with a script for ZPACK. Cured! This time an arrogant male PA - he didn't want to "jeopardize his license" to write me a prescription for a ZPACK! Huh? I said this condition that happens every 1.5 years. I'm 67 - I know my history and body and what works. He knows more about me in ~5 minutes than my 67 years. So 1 more crummy nites sleep, an infected upper respiratory area painful that keeps me miserable. RIDICULOUS.
My mother came in for a drug test and she forgot to bring something to drink and they being rude like they can't provide her any drink or water. How y'all gone ask someone to come in for a drug test to COME WORK FOR YALL.and y'all got the nerve to be rude to her. So I wouldn't recommend working here. #dontworkheretheyapieceofshit
Took our 1 year old in with raised spots all over her body that were quickly multiplying, ( with a handful of other accompanying symptoms). The doctor was extremely dismissive, lacking compassion, care or critical thinking... He basically said "idk, could be bug bites, could be ticks, could be a virus", sent a prescription for topical antibiotics without a diagnosis, and pushed us out the door... It is reckless to be so immediately dismissive as a doctor.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I have been sitting here for 35 minutes waiting for a drug screening for my job. 5 Minutes into my wait time i exclaimed that i needed to use the restroom. I asked if the cup was ready for me and the response was "sit down it has to warm up" Clinical was great. Admin was terrible. They did nothing but sit on their phones and have a super rude attitude. never again
Have gone when they were supposed to be open only to find them closed with no change to their voicemail hours or website. They make "appointments" but still seems you can wait almost 2 hours once you show up for your appointment. Just terrible. When asking the person at the front desk why it takes so long even with an appointment she literally said "They shouldn't call them appointments..."
