I was denied care because I wanted to use my insurance to pay for a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) shot, which was covered 100% as preventive care. The first Time I was told that I would have to the pay in network price even though my insurance said that I would have no in network responsibilities. I then called my insurance to verify that I was right. I went back to explain and they then said that they did not file insurance for that, contrary to what they had said previously.

This place is very very slow. It's Sunday and they closed at 4 and now it's 5:30 and we are the were the only ones here. It's the worst place ever and waiting is to long. Word of advice don't come if you have plans because they destroyed mine also the doctors are rude and Act like they don't know what their doing
People are rude and tries to say I was asking for other patients information when I asked how long it would be. I was not asking for other patients information. I feel I did not get the proper medical attention from this place. Will not come here again!
Avoid this location misdiagnosed wouldn't listen to what my issues were gave me the correct medication but not the correct duration finish the medication since its came back would not offer a solution or re-add minister to correct prescription duration of time try talking to him about this and this one refer to another doctor total waste of time total waste of money

I brought my son her a few weeks ago and left feeling extremely annoyed and frustrated. He's only 3 months old and since we were from out of town I couldn't take him to the pediatric doctor because of his files and things like that. So they recommended the fast med. I told them about his symptoms and that they had lasted more than a week and my sons pediatric doctor told us if they lasted more than a week to go to another doctor since we would be on vacation. When I came here on Monday. It was quick and no problems. Today(wed) I come, just to get TB test looked at and to get a paper back. Been here almost a half hour. Only 2 other people were here. I mean, how long does it take to get a TB test looked at and to get my physical paper back?! I wouldn't recommend this place!

We've been to this location multiple times in the past and have generally had a positive experience but today was AWFUL! Brought my daughter in for a simple sports physical - even signed up online. Arrived early only to be told it would be an hour and a half wait even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room. Over the hour and a half we waited, 3 people were called back and one of those jumped in front of us because they were a drug screen. My son was sick. We went in and filled out the paperwork after a hour of waiting they say it's going to be a 1 1/2 hours more that we could wait or leave and come back. We left. Went back waited over a hour and half more. Totally ridiculous. As much money as the make they should have enough on staff. To wait close to 4 hours to be seen is crazy. The staff is nice but they need to get it together. Someone sick should never have to wait that long.
