would not recommend got a cut on my head when in they put 10 staples charge me 200 bucks which was fine but they told me to come back in 10 days and they would remove the staples for free the 10th day sale on Labor Day so I went in on the 11th day which was Tuesday they said I had to have an appointment so I made an appointment for Wednesday when I went back on Wednesday for my appointment they told me that it had been more than 10 days so they had to charge me 200 more dollars like I said wouldn't recommend to anyone
This place really not fast at all. Had my appointment at 12:30, got here at 12:15 it's 12:50 and still not seen. The two women at the front were rude af! Kaila or whatever her name is made a comment "well we won't be able to see you" after a man told her that he couldn't make the 120$ Copay. Like in a professional space she didn't have to add that on. HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT go here!!! First off the receptionist has the personality of a ROCK!!! Secondly we have Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield with only a $15.00 copayment. With the age of the internet this is easily verified. However, FastMed "policy" is to collect $100 from all blue cross and blue shield members!!! But since we don't have a deductible they were kind enough to reduce this to $50!!! Would not recommend. recepionist is rude and on the phone taking care of personal business while "helping" patients. Once called Into the back we water an hour and a half before anybody came to help.
Do not come here!!! So I needed to take a TB test for college, and I called the day before to make an appointment the next morning. It does not matter if you have an appointment I arrived and checked in at 8:30, and waited an hour in the lobby, then waited another hour in the room. Basically a two hour wait even though I had an appointment. I needed to come back 24 to 48 hours for the results. When I came back it was even worse! The first time I visited this office it was great, they checked me in and saw me quickly. They did a couple tests and diagnosed me with a virus and told me to come back in 3-4 days if it was not better. I waited a week and was still not better so I returned. This time despite checking in online, I waited over an hour in the waiting room and an additional 1.5 hours in the exam room. There is nothing 'Fast' about this place. Paint drying on molasses is faster. I made a 0905am appointment for a State Corrections Officer physical and showed up on time. I even uploaded the documents and my ID the night before. Semper Peratis, baby. However, it meant nothing. I had to fill out the same forms and additional paperwork. I have used this urgent care a few times over the years and have always received great courteous care. I was seen on 11/22 and was treated for pneumonia. I returned today because I was not feeling better, my chest hurt and I had some shortness of breath. My online check in was for 5:05PM. I arrived at 4:45, completed checking in with the receptionist and sat in the lobby. I was called to the back around 5:20 and placed in a room. I sat in that room until 6:30. If I could have given zero stars I would have. The front desk employee was great. The nurse, so so. She did an awful throat culture. My son said he didn't even realize she had done anything. At least she was polite. The PA was a few four letter words. After entering he asked a few questions and said well I didn't need a throat swab to know you don't have strep.
