It was a great experience from front desk to the provider. Front desk was very helpful to my husband helping him with checking me in. Nursing staff was friendly and efficient as well as collecting a great history. The PA was wonderful, listened to my concerns, did a great work up and came up with a quick and effective plan to help me feel better fast! I also received follow up calls the next day . Thank you so very much for giving me great care!
I had a good experience at FastMed. I called to inquire about a tetanus shot, and the receptionist got me in to see the dr within the hour. I was not there very long at all from time of check in until the time of leaving, it took 45 mins. All of the staff was amazing and had high spirits. They were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and had me laughing as well. Definitely will return if I need too and I definitely recommend FastMed to anyone who needs a quick doctor visit.
I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. I did the necessary paperwork for service, and was called back within 10 - 15 minutes. Everyone was professional from intake to exit. Dr. Cox was awesome! She asked questions to assist with my diagnosis. Thank You for the excellent service I experienced while at the facility of FastMed!
Very good customer experience, if was my first time using my insurance and visiting, and the staff had all the time to assist me to make sure I get a great health care. The doctors are great, they have all the patience in the world. God bless them
My appointment was on time. I was called back weighed and vital signs taken. The head nurse is amazing. We enjoy seeing her even if it’s because we are sick. She seem to make it all better. Her bed side manners are amazing. It’s her caring nature I believes that keeps us coming back knowing she’s there and that she cares.
