Wouldn’t accept my Insurance because I hadn’t received it in the mail. I had all the information from the card and they said they needed the billing information on the back. ITS JUST A PHONE NUMBER. I left and will never go back

I am writing this for a friend, she went there today and was denied service because she owed 76 cents, not $76, 76 cents. She agreed to pay it and they wouldn't accept it. She was in pain and had been the whole weekend, she went there because like it say: FastMed, I wouldn't recommend this place to no one!!!! I told her, just for that I will always owe them 76 cents. This is absolutely ridiculous. Got here at 1:45pm for a sports physical. It is now 5:45pm (they closed at 4) and we have only been in the back for 15min. And still waiting. There is NO sense of compassion/urgency from the front desk lady. FastMed? Ha...definitely needs a new name.
Spent hours in there. Did a flu test. They said it was negative. Left there n went to hospital. Flu was positive
I don't go to this place unless there is no other option. They opened the door late and it's painfully obvious that the front desk girl could care less and would rather be elsewhere. I hate this place, however, my only other alternative if the hospital emergency room. No doctors only PA here but at least she was nice.
