The registration process was smooth, but don't agree with my debit card remaining on file; if you do not have a debit card for commercial insurances only, there's a $150 upfront fee. The Nurse Practitioner, didn't seem to care and I felt no empathy from her.
The worst service I have ever dealt with!! When the Nurse Practitioner is asking you the customer if you agree with the treatment... Hello you are "supposed" to be the professional. That's why my son is going to another doctor tomorrow. This person acted like it was her first day on the job!!!! 2 stars as a father I dropped the ball. Should have known better!!!!
