These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, prepare to be in the waiting room for an hour or longer.
My wife had issues with the antibiotic they prescribed her, she went back this past Wed & the receptionist told her "take it all & then if your still having an issue come back". The issue is 2 days after she started on them her jaw/cheek area blew up like a balloon!! Well turns out she was allergic to the antibiotic! Stupid receptionist shouldn't say anything & should have let her see a nurse or Dr!
I am so incredibly disappointed in the experience we just had. And very upset. We have been here before, but I have never encountered a provider so rude, and with such terrible bedside manner as I just did with my son. My son has a painful cyst in his behind and it is very painful for him, mind you he is 3 years old. First off the doctor that was there during my visit was rude. She is actually located in Sanford. They failed to go over my treatment, have yet to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy that I use. & the nurse accidentally stuck herself with the same needle she stuck me with, which I understand was an accident. But after all that you think they would at least do one part of their job correctly which hasn't yet to happen in my experience. It has been over a week now and they have yet to do their job.
