Went in today and was provided for by Jackie, PA. She and all the staff there were an absolute delight. Professional team that was full of personality and warmth! I arrived last night at 7:20, closing was 8pm as listed on website and was told they take their last patient at 6:45. I wish that the website hours reflected the time they last accept patients accurately so I wouldn’t have drove there and then had to come back the next day. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT before going in. I went to FastMed yesterday feeling stressed because I needed their help with something. Shemeka and Jackie went above and beyond to help me out. As I was waiting in the front Shemeka had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable with everyone that came in with questions. Dr. Jackie was amazing and very polite and definitely went above and beyond to help me! Thank you ladies!

I went into the urgent care roughly 645pm with poison ivy all over my face and neck. I was checked in with ease, given a ice pack for my face as I waited!!! Care from the very beginning! Ashley was the first to see me, we laughed, we bonded, she stuck a needle in my bum! I have had more then a few ambulance rides and hospital visits, I was extremely hesitant on going in and being seen (took 4days) she broke the ice and took the anxiety away the moment she stepped in.
