this place is such a joke The lady running the front desk would rather talk on her phone to her. kids than help people they need to shut the doors. they don't even know what a dot drug test is wow it's a joke for real shut your doors

I was just there with my 10 year old son. He had been bitten or stung and became sick. As soon as I saw the bite I went to FastMed. I walked up to the desk and the lady just stared at me so I began to explain why my son needed help and after explaining everything she said we don’t have any openings. You’ll have to wait for an appointment or come back tomorrow. And I said ok? Well what do u recommend me doing or where should I go? My son is sick from this bite! Waited 3 1/2 hours to pee in a cup for a drug test never again

There’s nothing fast about it
I was told to come back in at 4.00 there was nobody in the waiting room but it still took over an hour to get seen and then after I talked to the nurse another 35 min and the dr well nurse practitioner didn’t even address my concerns and then left me in the exam room while he disappeared for 20 minutes and I was in pain.I finally got up and walked out and demanded too see the dr and he hadn’t even wrote my prescription yet too buzy laughing and carrying on with the nurses save yourself a trip they are horrible
Very slow service and wants the patient to do some care that they should do
I’ve been here 4 hours and still haven’t been seen. Was told it was 1st come 1st served, but that’s not true. It has to do with acuity. I’ve seen several other walk-ins get seen prior to me. Get it together!!
