Took my daughter for fever and ear infection on a Saturday evening. Receptionist was rude, but nurse was sweet. The “doctor” Diagnosed the ear infection. Didn’t note anything else. Prescription for her was a local ear drop antibiotic. It hasn’t helped at all. Her fever spiked, lots of pain, she is miserable. Called in this am and the guy on the phone was monotone and sounded high. Wasn’t helpful. Been waiting almost 2 hours to get my 2 nephews physicals done for school. There was barely anyone in the waiting room when we got here. Like come one people you need to change the name of this place instead of fastmed it should be slowmed.
When your insurance card says 10 copay, and they try to charge u 75, in a sweltering hot waiting room and no one's being called back there is a problem! Definitely will not return!
Still waiting over an hr to get a quick TB test done that takes two seconds to do for school. Ridiculous
To dam slow was the only one there.. Only a drug test
There was at least a 2 hour wait. No body was coming out and no body was being called back. It was ridiculous! I left and went somewhere else.
Been waiting over 2 hours so my finace can take a drug test for work. Literally 2 hours for 5 minutes of speaking and peeing in a cup. You guys are horrible. Worst urgent care you can go to.
