We had to use this location today because of staffing at our normal FastMed and I'm glad it worked out that way. the intake nurse was really good and thorough and asked alot of questions. OUr PA Jennifer Pace was fantastic - she was fully engaged and also asked alot of questions. Also the staff in the front office were friendly and helpful. This will our go to location from now on

FastMed is my trusted community Urgent Care center. I've visited a few locations in the state and they continue to provide excellent service that is prompt and professional. I have visited this location for quick PPD testing for my mother. They get you in and out in no time. This is appreciated when taking a senior for medical appointments. Staff is always kind and courteous. I will continue to visit the Creedmoor location for all of my urgent medical needs. They are exactly what their name is, FAST.

Been here twice. Staff is helpful, left both times with a solution. A great alternative for problems that need to be seen day of and can't wait for PCP treatment.

I took my mother to FastMed due to a suspected UTI. We were seen immediately. Mom has dementia and she was seen by Boris. He was very good with her and very thorough. I will definitely go back in the future for non- emergency issues and when medical care is needed after regular hours.

I won't ever go to another urgent care because the wait is never long, I always get good treatment, and the staff is amazing... especially April, she is the definition of an amazing health care worker.

I came into Fast Med Urgent on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh NC. in November 2021. The atmosphere was pleasant and very friendly. Although the waiting area was slammed and more people in line to be seen. I was amazed at a Front desk young lady named Pamela was handling it all I saw she was even training someone, and still having superior customer service to everyone, she was multitasking getting it done. Even though I canceled my appointment right before being seen. While I was checking in the staff (front desk) were very friendly and helpful

Very kind and patient staff and very fast. Went in for COVID test, had went to another place that told me to make an apt ..... and there were none available. This place had me in and out in 15 minutes with no wait time!!! Highly recommended.

I went in and the process was quick and easy. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. They did a very good job sanitizing everything and doctor was sympathetic and offered me a lot of helpful advice. It was my first time at this location and I will defiantly be returning.
