were friendly,got to me in a timely manner...only issue I have is several yrs ago a doc said I had a issue with my heart during a dot physical.i was then went to a heart specialist which proved I had no issue in which I told the doc I didn't while doing my dot physical..I recently had to update my dot physical b/c of new meds and the doc doing the exam wanted to know about issues that I have never had b/they never corrected my previous medical records or input the results from the heart specialist
