If I could rate this office a zero, I would do so. I was seen by the office over the weekend. I made an appointment and arrived promptly on time to be seen for severe back pain, abdominal pain, and chest tightness - all of which are symptoms that require triage (or at least further prompting of the symptoms) according to the large signs in front of the check-in desk which state to please let the front desk staff know if you are experiencing a variety of symptoms - all of my symptoms were listed on the sign. They close at 8pm. They had no customers when I arrived and said they couldn’t take walk ins. I arrived at 7:40pm. The lady at the desk said that is what her manager instructed her to do.

Slow dirty floor dirty bathrooms take a hour for drug test and people working there careless it doesn’t matter how many bad reviews you live over here nothing is going to change they sure name this place slow care
my Husband had the worst customer service experience today April 22, 2022. He arrived at fast med at 220 US 70 hwy in Garner, NC to see a doctor for pain in your right knee, his appointment was at 3pm when he arrived only to be told by the front desk staff that he had to waited outside in his car until he is called , he waited from 2:50pm to 4:00 o' clock, so he went in to asked what happen then they put him in a room to wait for a next hour where he waited again and did not see a doctor so he had to leave without being see... read more
had the worst customer service experience ever today. I arrived at fastmed at 220 US 70 hwy in Garner, NC for a drug test after receiving an email that I could use the barcode in my text message. I arrived there only to be told by the front desk staff that I needed to leave go print out the form and come back. I expressed my concerns that the message does not say that and I was told that she did not care what the message says their rules are their rules. very rude staff, no idea what they're doing waited 2 and a half hours to do a drug test. they passed me over four times before they realized I was still there. What a bunch of clowns
This place used to be great! Little wait times and friendly staff. Now, the front desk staff is rude and your wait time, with an appt is an hour or more. Very disappointed
The desk receptionist was NOT wearing a mask!!
