I cannot believe I've been sitting here for OVER 2 hours to pick up DOT papers. JUST for them to tell me the Dr. doesn't have time to fill out the paperwork. I DIDN'T NEED TO BE SEEN, all I needed was a SIGNATURE!! The ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!!

Still here since 5:33 PM waiting for the doctor to simply SIGN my husband's DOT form (It's 7:35PM & we're still sitting here). It's amazing how he didn't even need to be seen like people in these other reviews & they received EXCELLENT service... must be nice..... NEVER again!! NEVER...

Brought my pregnant wife here with a 101 fever and flu like symptoms and told them we wanted her tested for the flu. They brought her back, swabbed her, then said they "can't find the testing fluid." They charged us for the visit and didn't prescribe anything for my wife.

Deceptive billing practices - Took my daughter in for a ear infection. Presented insurance card, asked for price and was not given price. Then received email 20 days later for $200 for office visit. Called and spoke with rep who said if I didn’t have insurance, my bill would have been $119. When I asked her to see if I could just run without insurance, she said I would be DEFRAUDING FastMed. Buyer beware... the ladies at the clinic were nice but their billing is very deceptive.

These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Slow always ...a 2.5hour Waiting time theres only 4 people here. also they have a issue with not telling you until you filled out paper work and paying your right copay how long the wait is...they will input your insurance info wrong and make your $40.00 copay more like $75.00 one. Make sure they code it right on there system on your insurance as a Out P.
