I went to this urgent care this evening to be seen. I made an appointment online for 6 PM and arrived before 6:15 PM. The front staff woman, older lady, with red hair, advised me that she had canceled my appointment because I was late! She proceeded to tell me that I would not be seen at that location. She said they operated on appointment only, like all other urgent cares. Went to fast med mar 31st, got a drug test and DOT physical. Recieved a call yesterday april 5th from fast med asking me if I could bring all the paperwork I recieved back because they lost it all? M
I went into the Zebulon location on a workman's comp visit after a nasty fall from a stage last Thursday evening. My left side was in terrible pain, specifically my hip and lower leg. I sat and waited for 2 hours, and then was in a room for less than 3 minutes with a doctor, who never looked at me, touched me/examined me , didn't give me an xRay, but determined I was "too young to have hurt myself badly or to have broken my hip," and that I didn't need to miss work - just needed more Advil/heat/ice. Never make the mistake of thinking FastMed units operate as one “cohesive” business. I was specifically told by a FastMed Doctor (in one location) to report to my local FastMed provider in two days (which happened to be Sunday) only to find that FastMed refused to see me - all this just over extending light duty note until I can see a specialist - all as ordered by one FastMed provider only to be interfered with by another. - To be clear - FastMed in Raleigh wrote I “need” to be seen again on Sunday, especially if my X-rays... read more

Didn’t feel heard by PA or one of the nurses. The team there was rude and condescending.
Very unprofessional front desk and medical staff! Truly disappointed at their customer service skills!

Scheduled a pre-employment drug screening on Monday night for today Wednesday at 3:30 and put it was for a pre-employment drug screen. I called today to confirm my appt time. Then at 2:30 I receive a call saying they don't do drug screenings after 3:00. I even told the lady I could be there by 3:05 and she said no they couldn't do. Told me to go to another fastmed and get it done. Very poor customer service. I even explained I had to have this done before 7:00, she didn't care.
