I went in on Saturday for a flu test, and just have Bronchitis. The doctor sent the prescription to the Walmart behind the office. I went to Walmart and they stated that they had nothing there for me. I called today (Monday) to see if they could change the location of the prescription and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. My father resides in an Assisted Facility. Was taken there Sept 21, 2018. I missed a call. Returned call on 22nd. Receptionist was rude & would not assist with why they called me on 21st. called & spoke with Billing. on 24th. Everything was Ok but complained about Receptionist. Went Saturday because of a low grade temp and aches. After completing the paperwork and proving my $100 co-pay, was asked for a credit card because of a $200 deposit. Left when I realized my co-pay was not acceptable. Went to the FastMed in Clayton and it did not require a credit card for a deposit to be seen.

These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. I went in a couple of weeks ago with severe abdominal pain. I could not even sit in the chair. The receptionist who has helped me before spoke to the doctor and came back really quick-like 15 minutes and told me to go to the emergency room, because they did not want to take my money in case it was something they could not help me with I went to Wake Med and they said my triglycerides had gone up to 5,700 and I had acute pancreatitis. The service was good once I was brought to the back. But it should not take over an hour to see the nurse when there is only one other patient. If a PA can't handle more than one patient at the time, they need a new PA.
I had extreme pain in my abdomen and back. I really needed to have gone to the emergency room apparently; that's what the Doctor told me. I arrived close to closing. They took my money and basically said we don't have any resources to help you. I will never go back and would not recommend anyone going here.
I went in for an ear infection. Waited two hours to be seen for 10 minutes and told that I had to continue to wait due to other patients. I asked the Dr to just call in the prescription that I had to go. The prescription was never called in even though I was assured that it would be. I had to go see another Dr. to get the antibiotics that I needed. When I called the billing department about my bill, which was outrageous, there was no answer and no response to voicemail or emails.
