had an appt at 1:45.. didn't get checked in until 2:30!!!!! why even have appts when they're aren't even on time?! all I needed was a sports physical. might as well consider this as a walk-in and get seen when you get seen bc the appts don't even matter

So, So slow! it's an "urgent care" that now requires and appointment and you still wait hours to be seen. The Emergency room wait times seem to be better than this place.

Called ahead, told them what our doctor was asking for. Showed up with our 11 month old daughter at 7:40PM. They turned a screaming baby away with a fever of 103 because they were closing soon. Couldn’t stay open for a tad longer, really?

Customer service is terrible on the phone. Short and rude, and they get hoity toity when you ask a question.

I went in on Friday. After waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours, I was finally called back. Another hour later I was sent on my way with a misdiagnosis. Front desk and nurse were just as kind as they could be. When I finally saw the PA, he said “the 2 tests were negative. You have a cold.” No. No I didn’t. I waited 2 days and went somewhere else because I felt like death. I had the worst sinus infection she had seen in some time. The Pa at fastmed didn’t look up my nose. Told me nothing was wrong with my son with a 104 fever ! Come to find out he has a bad ear infection! Will NEVER go back.

I went last night around 6pm with my son. 3 people waiting in lobby. I was told a 3 hour wait. I understand rooms inside may had been full. This to me is a sign of poor staffing, as I work in healthcare. I immediately looked online at Rex Urgent Care of Knightdale that had a 10 minute wait and I called to confirm. I was in and out there within an hour and seen by the wonderful Dr. Watson. I think this is where our family will return to going in the future.

I had a bad experience and ended up having to leave and go to another urgent care. I definitely won't return which is a shame because this location is so close to me.

Would never recommend! I took my son during the hurricane due to an allergic reaction. I told the check in lady it was cheaper for me to do a cash payment rather than bill insurance but she would not! I received a bill for 200 for 5 minutes! I called and they would not return my call, then sent my bill to a collection agency and charged me a 50 fee. Then stated they did call me.....I never received a call from their office. Then the agency told me, didn’t you get mail? I said yes 2 bills that is why I called. So basically th... read more
