Front desk staff has been very kind and professional both times I’ve been and the PA was also kind and knowledgeable. Very pleased with office! However not pleased with off site billing - they said I didn’t owe anything last time but then said they mailed me bill twice which I did not receive and they never called or emailed me about it! I would have gladly paid that small bill immediately if someone had contacted me.

Fastmed Kinston saved my husbands life! My husband had some back/stomach pain. We are new to NC and he did not have a primary Dr. Understanding our dilema Cheryl made time in the e schedule to see him. Sherry the provider was excellent and saw his pain and sent for a CT scan. Imagine our surprise when the scan showed my husband had a large anuerism on his aorta and was helicoptered for life saving surgery! The staff there are very nice.But this one lady name Hope Summers and a lady Dr was always so kind and patient with me when I came.l just want to o say thank you for all that u have done for me for the last month and a half.
I had an amazing experience last 2 times I had to go from December to January. The women there were very personable and took genuine time to discuss my concerns with me. We are all going through things and their attitudes allowed me to enjoy my experience. Thanks for your help ladies!
