RecommendedWhen my primary care doctor can’t see me I find it easy to go to my fast med app and an schedule an appointment in Kinston. Sometimes there is a wait but today there was a very little one. Hope, who checked me in was super nice and reviewed my history/meds etc. I used the app in advance so it doesn’t take as long. I had a positive experience when I went to Fast Med for a pre-employment physical. Denise was very nice and the PA who saw me was as well. When I came back to have my TB test read, they were kind enough to do so and not make me wait in the line. I would go back again.
really fast and very nice doctor and staff was very nice and it took no time at all in and out . but I do recommend that they get someone to clean the dusty dirty floors in the waiting room the dust really upset my allergies .
The care and attention you get from start to finish is OUTSTANDING!! The ppl were EXTREMELY nice and was in and out in no time!
I have looked at the reviews for this place and keep seeing the same complaints.. I took my wife there with abdominal pains and she was told to drink plenty of water (no test). Had a 9am appointment today. Get there not open. No phone call no email saying they were closed. But I bet if I hadn’t shown up and they were open I’d been charged for a visit. Never again
The absolute most incompetent place ever! They do not even deserve one star but had to chose 1 in order to post my review. I had met my out of pocket for this year under my Blue Cross Blue Shield policy. So when I checked in, she said I had 20.00 co-pay even after telling her that I had met my out of pocket. I then showed her my piece of paper that shows it being met. She said that their system wasn't showing it being met. I informed her didn't matter, there was my proof. I was referred to FastMed by my VA doctor on Wednesday. They couldn't see me and made an appointment for Friday. I was sent to ER at hospital where I lost 2 toes to infection. THANKS FASTMED & VA for your URGENT CARE. NOT!
