Every time I go to this fast med there is always an issue. Took my elderly father in for a Covid test and the lady said we only take appointments. Website said they take walk ins. She bucked her shoulders back and said well we’ve being doing this for 2 months. She told me to go across the street to the ER. Keep in mind the few times I have gone to this fast med I ended up at the ER anyway. The most unprofessional office I have ever been in and clearly all they do is refer to the ER.This is the Fast Med in Kinston, NC

I've been here since 9am and still waiting. this is rediculous!!! nothing urgent about this place! Do better,please!!

There is nothing urgent or fast with FastMed Urgent Care. I went there and was told there was at least a two and a half hour wait. I asked the receptionist if they made appointments and she told me they did, so I made an appointment for the next day. After waiting for more than an hour after I checked in for my appointment, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She said they didn't have any available rooms. Worst staff, wait and facility ever!!!!! There is no sense of urgency at this facility. Three hour wait just to get seen and that’s just the start of how bad our visit was!!!

Walked into facility at 12:16pm for simple test. Finally took me back at 2:44pm. Tested at 3:40pm. Still waiting for doctor. Zero stars. Service sucks. On a positive note. Doctor was very nice and thorough.

I checked online (website said 2 patients ahead of me) and arrived a few minutes early, but I have still been in the waiting room for a whole hour. Why does your company offer this service of checking? It obviously isn’t any benefit in doing so. I check in and did paperwork online a waste of time. But I have to go it’s 1:28 and I have just been called to the back

Went Saturday with my son for a rash. After about 45 mins was told they had two in front of us and had to make a cast so we would wait awhile but we could stay if we wanted. They close at 4 its now 3 but they would see us since we were there or we could schedule an appt for the next day. I agreed to that and ask them do i need to bring anything back with me? They said no. Next day come for the appt and get asked for insurance and my DL (which they have scanned a million times) they have my debit card on file but not my DL? S... read more

went to just see of I could get some meds until the next day till I could see a dentist. they never even took my name or insurance. all they said was they cant do anything about it or help me. they refused me any help. I'm so done with this place. they dont deserve to even be open with the way they treat people.
