I don’t have a primary care physician because I so seldom get sick. Usually I get acute problems. No waiting for weeks to see a doctor. They diagnose my problem quickly, prescribe some meds for the problem, and tell me to come back if the problem doesn’t go away. Only had to return once. Have always had excellent care there.
I was on vacation. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, they were understanding that I was on vacation, they were efficient, and quickly diagnosed me.
Getting past the wait time, the doctor was fantastic. She was efficient friendly and professional. Called at 8am, got an appointment 9:45am. Arrived early for appt time but they then moved my appt to 11am. 🤦♀️ annoying but ended up ok bc the doc was good and my Situation was not dire, nor did I have a child with me. We were fortunate to have grandparents take care of the kiddo.

Better treatment than carteret health care

I’ve had to visit FastMed twice in the last couple of months and was more than happy with both experiences. The staff is friendly and David, the NP that I saw, provided helpful information. The wait isn’t too long. You can schedule an appointment ahead of time and even provide check in information online before you get there.
