If you value your career, dignity, and time, do not go here. I was sent here for a routine pre-employment urine drug screen. I have never done one in a facility like this. I was provided no instructions upon my arrival. I had an "appointment" that I made online that I arrived to ready to provide my sample. (I later found out that it isn't actually an appointment. Took my daughter to get checked, Saturday, 11/12/22 mainly to check for an ear infection since she had a bad virus and her ear was hurting. Doctor told us all clear, no infection. Still hurt bad, so following Monday took her to her Pediatrician. Pediatrician had to clean ear wax out to even be able to see the inner ear that had a bad infection. we went there on Sunday my 3 year old son was very very sick. the male nurse was absolutely amazing. very friendly and compassionate...the receptionist was extremely rude. she had to patience and rolled her eyes. if my son wasn't so sick, I would have left and went somewhere else. it's a shame bc the receptionist is the first person you see.
With an appointment it was a 49 min wait with 2 people ahead and then an additional 32 min wait after being called back,,,,this was just for a physical examination
Doctor told me nothing was wrong with my son, went to his doctor the next morning and he has RSV. The doctor at the urgent care said she lung sounded clear and the pediatrician said they did not, he ended up in breathing treatments and almost hospitalized. But yet “there was nothing wrong with him”
Waited almost 2 hours with only one person in front of us, while we overheard the PA in his office phone making hotel reservations for a weekend getaway. Checked in at 1 checked out at 2:47, never again.
