No contact and they just CHARGE your credit card with OUT permission!!! Charging 200 dollars for a 5 min visit no test? Outrageous and NEVER will I recommend or go here. I am letting everyone know. Horrible experience.

I checked in at 1PM, and at 3PM I’m still waiting. The nursing staff is great, but the doctor must not be in a hurry. Two hours at an urgent care is ridiculous, especially when there’s only 5 rooms to care for in the facility. 🤷🏼‍♀️ first and last time coming here!

Would someone please explain to me why it would cost $314 to get a tetanus shot. After sitting in there for three hours waiting on someone to see us she walks in looks at his thumb and the nurse gives him a tetanus shot $314. Never would I go back to this place I would go to the emergency room first and I’ll plan on telling everybody I know what a rip off this is. Awful experience! Went in for what I know is the start of a sinus infection and double ear infections because I get sick with it twice a year like clock work. I had the same symptoms earlier in March, was seen by a REAL doctor(no appointment available today)and was given antibiotics for my illness. Today, I was told by a NP that they no longer treat those types of things with antibiotics and, in a nut shell, I wasted my time going there. The medical staff is ok but the front office staff is TERRIBLE. They are rude, talk down to people, can’t stay off of their cell phone and certainly can’t input the insurance correctly. It doesn’t matter how good the medical staff is when you are treated like crap in the front and walk out and go to another facility because of them!!!!

I have never been so frustrated with a doctor in all my life. First the lady at the front was very pushy and rude. You had to be there. But my main frustration was with the doctor. She was all but refusing to do an Xray and blood work on my son who had been having severe chest pain for the LAST 6 MONTHS do to an injury he had while working out. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE.
