Excellent, expert, no pressure, just professional. All my questions were answered clearly. Workers worked fast and efficiently to replace my roof. Wonderful company! We had our roof replaced, as well as gutter replacement with leaf guard. Every employee we spoke with was very professional and thorough. Steve came out to do our estimate and it was very much a no pressure estimate and explanation of everything, this is one major reason we went with Fichtner Services. From Shane on the sales side to the work the crew did and follow up Jan put in made the entire job easy and successful.
