Waited about half an hour at the terminal for shuttle bus. One was leaving, full, just as I arrived at the curb.

Once again….Understaffed to take care of paying customers. Arrived at the curb and 40 people waiting for a shuttle that carries 16. To add insult to injury the driver was rude to passengers when asking them for parking cards. This place used to be awesome, now just a slow slide to horrible. Whoever is managing this operation should be fired.

The weight for the shuttle to come and pick me up at my car was too long. Anything over 5 minutes is too long. It can cause a delay to my gate. I ended up walking to the pickup area and still had to wait 7 to 10 minutes there. The excuse that was given to me is that there's a lack of drivers or driver shortage that day. At least offer a comp basic car wash on the next visit when you know you have shortage of drivers. The shuttle ride is very bumpy due to the road but very uncomfortable like there's no shock absorbers.

I’m a long time customer at Fine. I travel anywhere from 3-6 times a year and always use these guys. I have noticed a drop in quality of services and facilities over the last year. I find myself consistently waiting over 20 minutes for a shuttle, no matter the time of day I am arriving. Yesterday I waited over 20 minutes around 12pm. The lady next to me had been there longer. Vans don’t run as often. Longer wait times at the curb at the airport. I have had to call the last few times. The lobby’s coffee machine is continuously broken, no water bottles the last few weeks, no snacks just popcorn and most of the time they are out of roses. The quality has real gone down the past few years.
For some reason our express toll bar code will not let us in or out of the lot. It worked one time a couple years ago. We have to scan the bar code on our phones every time. It would be nice and also keep things flowing if the express toll situation was resolved.
Upon arrival, no bus met us even though we parked where directed. One bus drove near us but kept going. We walked to a line of busses and the driver told me to go to the lobby. I then went to the lobby and was told to wait outside. The bus outside the lobby left without us. Waited another few minutes after going back into the lobby. Very poor experience this go around.
