Get directionsWe have used Fine parking numerous times and I’ve always been satisfied with our prompt pick up in the parking lot and also at the airport. However, on our return trip from Kansas City on September 24, at the airport, we waited for a shuttle for over a half an hour. We will use fine again and chalk this one up to just a bad night but if it happens again, I will probably start looking elsewhere.
Waited 10 to 15 minutes in garage upon arrival. Waited over 30 minutes after return flight. Used Fine several times, by far the worst experience.
your driver feel like drive like a madman out of Denver airport picked up on the west side and we're coming off Peña Boulevard all the luggage tipped out of the rack and Felix was very funny. Will not try again with Felix.
After I parked, I walked to the lobby area to use the restroom. After coming out, I waited approximately 15 min for a shuttle to grab us at the lobby. By the time the shuttle arrived, it was too full for all the people that were waiting. I’m not sure if that was a normal occurrence or if that was an isolated incident. This was my first time using Fine.
I had to wait 30 mins to get on the bus from the Denver airport to the parking facility. The line up process at the airport is very disorganized. The busses do not run as frequently as needed. This seems to be a recurring problem. I am not happy paying $35 a day to park and not receiving good customer service.
The shuttle service has gone down tremendously over the last couple of years. We stopped using Park DIA because of the lack of shuttles they used to have for pickup from the airport and specifically moved to FINE because they used to have really good shuttle pick up from the airport. The last two times I have traveled using FINE I have had to wait 15+minutes and had to wait for additional shuttles to come because there were so many people waiting they didn’t all fit on the shuttle. In the past when I returned from a trip early you would process a refund from my reservation automatically. Now when I return early I have to contact you in order to get a refund. This is bad service. If a refund is due then process automatically.
Would like to see more parking, or wider lanes, for full size vehicles. It’s often difficult to pull in/out of spaces.
Had to take a taxi from Airport to Fine parking garage when we returned to DIA. There were over 100 people waiting for the shuttle to take us back to the parking garage. After waiting for 30 minutes decided to get a taxi. When I arrived at the parking garage there were 4 othere Ubers and taxis doing the same thing. Also there were 4 shuttle busses sitting at the Fine garage not being used.
