I think the shuttles could be more efficient if they dropped off and picked up at the mid point of each row vs taking people to and from their cars. Especially when you get in late and there aren’t many shuttles in service

Customer service is always top notch but for the last few months I have not been able to drive in with my toll tag. I don’t know if the readers have been repositioned but they no longer read my tag and it’s frustrating to not be able to utilize that feature for easier in/out access.

Park here often. Parked valet. Shuttle driver was fabulous and very attentive. Driver called in my valet ticket. Driver called in to notify we were on approach. We approached the lobby and my vehicle was not there. The 2 staff members behind the desk were busy having a chat. The driver stayed with me trying to understand what was happening. The staff and valet attendants were so amazing the drivers were friendly the service was quick. However... Riding the bus on the way back the suspension was broken or something. We were bouncing all over the place it was so uncomfortable. At one point when we drove over something bumpy my body literally left the chair and I went airborne. Very unsettling and uncomfortable on my back and rear end. Need to improve on wait time for shuttles to and from airport. We now have to allow at least 30 minutes shuttle time to airport and waited 40 minutes for a shuttle from airport to parking.

Have been parking with Fine for many years but the wait time now for shuttles to/from airport is way too long.

Parking lot seems very dirty, needs a power wash. Staff is always good Trying to get thru exit gates, they seem to work intermittently when trying to read transponder. Sometimes I have to back out and exit thru a different gate.

FINE parking runs fewer shuttles than its competitors. They are available, but obviously trying to cut cost so they run fewer. Also - all rides can cra k your teeth as shuttles are in desperate need of maintenance. All shuttles need their chicks replaced. I'm currently looking at other options as after 2 years I watched the service decline. Its unfortunate.
