Stop running that offensive "Grandma" ad with the fake Eastern European accent. You would never run it if the accent was Asian, Hispanic etc....
Deactivates debit card for no reason. When you call, business is closed & you are forced to wait until the next business day. They claim the text message was answered late when no text was ever sent. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call their customer. Piss poor customer service!

I DO NOT recommend this bank to anybody out there especially if you're opening up a business account absolutely garbage all the way around there's no quick pay they make you download a separate app to send money to people which is absolutely absurd especially being a 21st century I know smaller banks that have quick pay. they reset your goddamn password every 60 to 90 days which is frankly real freaking annoying you can imagine. they talk about security and all this crap way over the top and it's absolutely load of crap you ... read more
Avoid this bank! I have gone across the street to buy lunch - card declined - fraud alert. My lunch break is 30 minutes so I didn’t eat that day because break was over by the time I was granted access to my money. I was a regular shopper of an online vendor until one day I ordered something - card declined - fraud alert. This time when I was granted access to my money I was told I can’t order from this store because there’s a fraud alert with them (they are a legit small business and air commercials on tv).
