Scheduled appointment for 4pm. Went in and was greeted kindly by the lady at the front desk. Was walked back to a room and vital signs were assessed. She listened to my symptoms and concerns. I was instructed to give a urine sample. A few minutes later the NP came in and confirmed my suspicion of UTI. She reviewed my home medicines and I expressed a concerning one of my newer meds interacting with different antibiotics. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist seemed to be annoyed because of the short staffing but she was trying her best.
