Waiting in the waiting room for the second time at 1 hour after appt. poorly run scheduling
They should hire some competent staff
It was very hard coordinating all tests, appt etc. Could never get a person on the phone. Had to re-arrange appts to find time for other appts. Communication is very poor especially if this is your first time having surgery. the unknown is always frightening. However the doctors and personal are wonderful. Maybe under staffed.
