I am having some problems with my leg after having full knee replacement and was told since I haven't paid the office everything I owe for the surgery yet, they won't give me a follow up appointment!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible experience! We called,made an appointment,and even received a text saying “we will see you at 2:45”. After driving 45 minutes and arriving right on time,we were told we have to reschedule because we did not come 20 minutes early. Nobody ever told us this. Seems like they should have at least mentioned this in the text! We will not be returning. If they can’t even get scheduling right, we have no confidence in their practice.
The doctors are good but the back office staff are a mess. 2 times my appointments were changed last minute and I spoke to patient advocate who told me that’s how they always are. I left several voicemails for the manager and she never returned any of my voicemails. I am looking into a formal complaint. The office is run extremely unprofessional and I have since switched to another practice. Do not waste time or money going here unless you enjoy the run around.
Horrible place , I’ve been here about 13 times and always been waiting more than 30 minutes after my appointment time and no one lets you know that they are running late you figure this out while waiting seeing people go in and come out. Gave poor rating for FCMG ---not for the doctors. I feel they have their hands tied and do what they can. It's the FCMG that is screwed up. All about the invested not the patient needs.
Dr Sands and his PA Joe are #1 in my book ! Could not beleave the operation was over had little pain ! Can't wait to get my other knee done !
I couldn't believe how much I waited 1hour and 45 minutes, I cancelled not to be seen anymore by Dr. Donald Vliegenthart. Would not come back to First Choice Medical Group. Thank you
I previously put a review on Dr. Newman as I had an initial meeting with him and found him very personable and professional. I really liked him. The problem with his office is his assistant who is a total "unprofessional" who is definitely not an asset to the doctor. After dealing with her over simple paper work, for several weeks, I gave up and decided to go elsewhere. It is very sad that Dr. Newman has lost a patient due to his incompetent staff.
