Definitely dropped the ball, trying to get these people to ask my insurance to get an MRI. It will be a year in April...still waiting....and waiting....i had to do most of the leg work to get it to the approval point. They wont do it, and get excuses that dont make sense. Not my responsibility to do their job. Its easier to get a root canal then to get these people to do anything. How do they not work and get paid?
How many hours or days does it take to get a call back to set an appointment for a first time patient with insurance and MRI's waiting to be read?
Not much to say had to find another doctor due to these folks dropping the ball. Did not like how things were being handled
