I have been with this bank since I was for over 10+ years and it's not the best bank around but I guess it gets the job done. That's the vibe

What is happening at this Credit Union? Our family applied for a loan, was approved with the paperwork submitted, and have been contacted to provide 1099R tax forms. We're fine with doing this IF YOU COULD WALK IN AND DROP THEM OFF! They are now on an appointment only schedule and it is impossible to make an appointment or wait on hold forever to speak to a representative, who refers you back to the person who began the paperwork who is impossible to schedule time with. Received a refinancing letter with their logo. Turns out it was from some ripoff loan broker. Called CU to complain. Placed on PermaHold and hung up after 43 min. Called back and requested callback. That was Thursday. Today is Monday. I'd never do business with these people after this experience.

I wish I could give negative stars to this credit union. They are rude and refuse to give you documents when requested. Managers talk in circles to make you upset then when you try to correct them they get upset. I wish the would sell off my car loan.

This is the worst credit union ever!! From banking an car loans you would be much happier going elsewhere! They dont help you or make anything easy and im suppose to trust them!! Never again will I go through them for all I care they can have the car too its not worth the hassle they put you through! Think four times before considering this place they dont look out for you or your money they just like to TAKE!!! I can't wait to be done with them!!!! If I could I would rate them a -0 stars

This place is a scam they did 7 $35 charges saying my bank is negative I use online banking and check anytime I use my card anf only use my card for small charges! They are full of shit and stupid every time I come in there they have some new bullshit charge even tho I'm a client they charge me $5 to make a cashiers check at my bank

The worst credit union on planet earth! First they applied a payment to my auto loan that was mailed in towards the wrong account. I called them three times and they said they never received the check. I got confirmation check was cashed by them. Even after telling the rep this, he told me they did not receive a check. I hate this credit Union. I have had an account with them for sixteen years, since my parents opened a junior account for me on my eighth birthday. Throughout the years, they have always given me poor customer service and they always talk down to me, as if I don't understand banking lingo simply because I am a girl in her late teens through early twenties. If I could put zero stars, I would do that, but I can't so that's the ONLY reason they get 1 star. I wanted to pay off a credit card that I had through them, and had several issues with their services which is why I also wanted to close out my accounts there. For starters, if you use their bill pay, you have to submit things about 10 days early so that their pre-historic systems have time to get the payment back in time so you don't get a penalty.
