We have had numerous years of experience with First Impressions both personally and at our business. They have always been right on time in all of our experience. The end result has always been the same, excellent workmanship, and great looking floors. Their employee’s are thorough in the cleaning process, and very careful with the furniture as they move through the home. I can highly recommend this company without any reservation.

I don't like to leave reviews but this was a MUST! I dropped off a musty and soiled rug and was returned a rug that was brand from the store....well it seemed like it. Honestly, this was the best rug cleaning service I've ever used. Stanley Steamer cleaned it once but they can't compare. It's like the rig was placed in a humongous washer. Just Perfect! They will do my sofas next and my other rugs. Try them. You won't be disappointed. Trust me. I wish I had before and after photos.
