Always get a great cleaning from First Impressions! Appreciate the pre vacuum and attention to detail. Carpet does not stay wet for long and they give you booties to walk on it until then. Technician is a long term employee who is friendly and efficient!

Erin was our tech for the morning. He arrived promptly & walked us through how the process how it would work, wore protective booties on the job. After the job was completed, he had us walk through to assure we were satisfied. Definitely will use again! They are courteous, priced fairly and family owned.
