First Rate came through yet again two days later on another emergency call. Again, great customer service and Valentino was really a nice guy and fixed a much older faucet at 7:00 am, when we needed him most. Just awesome! Can't say enough good!
This company helped us out of a huge jam and showed up that afternoon. We are now customers and will use them for our next HVAC or plumbing problem. Our tech Rick was great, a nice guy and took care of the problem in one hundred degree heat. Great customer service and we won't forget what they did for us!

Not good at all they wanted to tear out my wall and replumb everything and change the gas lines which would cost 2000 dollars or they recommended just buy a new water heater all this because of a drainage valve that was draining too much water so I got a second opinion and all the guy did was open a pressure valve to release pressure which took 5 minutes and only charged me 60 dollars they will try to make as much money as they can and if you don’t do your research they Will take you to the cleaners
