Shower head dripping water with handle off. Contacted First Rate Plumbing and they were at my house within 2 hours. Showed technician the problem. He had parts on truck and repair completed in less than an hour. Would not hesitate to use First Rate in the future.

The dispatcher was professional and helpful. She expedited a home visit for my aged Father due to a refrigerator water line leakage. Kevin was awesome. My wife and I just moved to the area and unfortunately our AC was out in our new home. Kevin showed up and completely owned the situation. Turns out he had to travel around to get the part to get our AC back up but that didn’t stop him from being absolutely professional and a great guy to be around. Very fortunate to have a company like First Rate around. I will be working with them and them only on my future HVAC needs.
