Sean called ahead of time that he was on his way. He was very polite and professional. He set up the swamp cooler and shut down the heater and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend him and First Rate Plumbing.. We have used First Rate Plumbing for a number of years because they do it right the first time.
Technician Adam Trujillo showed up on site found the problem with our cooler unit took a short time to retrieve the parts to correct the problem Adam did an excellent job in explaining the issues, and, correcting the problem in a professional manner. Great Job.
