My experience was very professional. Ms. Dulce Alvarez was very well presentable. She answered all my questions I had and went out of her way to ask me if l had more question about the loan just to let her know. She explained herself very professional. I highly recommend her for helping others as she has helped me

The services are not good you have to talk to a machine and wait for a long time and sometimes once thay answer the call just hangs up like they did it on purpose and then they are closed on Saturday when you need them the most.

I've been with firstmark before it was changed from teacher c.u. I was 15yrs old when I got married 1985 and added my spouse then you all changed my account to a duel account my spouse somehow became the person in charge of the account . Thxs for being a family bank by helping us
