Excellent customer service! I refinanced my vehicle loan with Firstmark and was able to lower my interest rate from 8.5% to 3.50%. All the employees at Zarzamora are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Firstmark!

From the moment I went through the drive-thru, I had excellent customer service. I asked if the lobby was open, if I needed to make an appointment, my questions were answered and an appointment was scheduled for me. I was then assisted as soon a I walked in by Priscilla. She helped me with set up the mobile app open a new account and answer all my questions.
