Didn't have a good experience during our recent visit. Sales lady didn't want to listen to our budget and would only show us very limited items. I assume they are commission and want higher priced jobs and try to push you that way.

walked into flack's flooring today, no one spoke to me or my husband at all. we were there for about 15 minutes never go back
see my posting. Completely ignored on two visits to your store.
I would not recommend dealing with this company. After taking my order knowing that I had pet stains on my carpet, that was told to them when I placed the order. They let me sit there for a week waiting on installation. They then sent out two very young people (a boy and a girl) with no tools to be able to take the bed down and after standing around for 15 minutes after I supplied the tools they told me that they could not preform the installation that day.
