We are extremely happy we went with Flacks for our flooring and carpet. A 2 floor renovation that went well from the moment I spoke with Brandon on the phone. I'm sure everyone is great, but Brandon has the best customer service! He truly does care about his customers and was there through the entire process. He even came after the job to inspect the work. You will not be disappointed!!
RecommendedAfter reading reviews and talking to many locals we decided to use Flack's to replace our carpet on the main level of our home. Brandon was Fantastic! He was patient with us during the selection process and in listening to our needs and offer suggestions. His installers showed up on time, did a great job installing the new carpet /pad and cleaning up. What a class act! From the beginning, with Brooke, all the way, to the end, with the installation crew! What a pleasure, this journey has been. My entire downstairs needed new floors. The demo, to remove all the carpet and existing hardwood floors, was a huge job. Then, they installed beautiful new hardwood floors and trim, on the entire first floor. Just needed carpet for a small project (replacing carpet on basement stairs)....went to Flack's to look for a remnant. Phillip was SO helpful in letting me know that size I should be looking for. I found a BEAUTIFUL wool remnant and got it for a steal ( SHHH!! Don't tell Flacks!). It was installed with NO problems at all!! Easy and a great value!! LOVE FLACK'S!!
